Reporting a claim is quick and easy…

We understand that accidents happen – but unexpected incidents shouldn’t harm your business and we’ll make sure you get the fair payout you deserve. Our qualified claims team will also look out for you should a spurious claim come along. In today’s increasingly litigious environment it’s important these claims don’t damage your hard earned reputation or cost you unnecessary excess. 

Our team performs with efficiency, diligence and speed. This plays an important part in the process and the outcome. 

To help us successfully defend or negotiate your claim, we’ll work with you to make sure we have all the information we need. This includes:

  • All accident forms must be fully completed with complete inclusion of all available witness details
  • Any relevant information available from any operational CCTV cameras
  • Each company check list needs to be retained should it become appropriate to provide them as evidence
  • Claimants are legally entitled to pursue a claim within a three year period from the date of the incident, so make sure you keep any relevant documentation or potential evidence for at least 36 months

EMERGENCY OUT OF HOURS CLAIMS

If you have an URGENT out of hours claim in the meantime, please refer to your policy documentation for your insurer contact, or contact your Account Executive.

Any non-urgent claims should be reported using the form above, or by contacting us during normal working hours (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm).
